These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the SMS messaging program offered by WaveWare Technologies, Inc. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to these Terms.
1. Program Description

2. Opting In
By opting in to the Program (e.g., by texting a keyword to our short code, submitting your phone number via our website, or checking an opt-in box), you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS messages from us. You confirm that you are the account holder of the mobile number provided or have the account holder's permission to enroll.

7. Eligibility
The Program is available only to residents of the United States and Canada who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

The Program is compatible with most major mobile carriers, but we do not guarantee delivery on all carriers or devices. Supported carriers include, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, etc.], but compatibility may change.
9. Changes to the Program
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or sending notice via SMS.

We are not liable for delayed, failed, or misdirected messages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any damages arising from your participation in the Program.
