The Rauland SIP INVITE Generator Tool is a self-contained Windows executable that delivers SIP INVITE packets for exercising the Rauland SIP Input block on SNAP and STG Plus products. It may appear as a potentially harmful file when you download it. When you run the executable it appears as a terminal window, running a Python script, prompting for IP address and other variables, offering default values that you can acknowledge by pressing the Enter key at the prompt. The script will loop, generating SIP INVITE packets that both activate and cancel alerts in SNAP and STG Plus. Press the P key to pause/unpause and the Q key or CTRL+C to quit.
