The PT5000KW Paging Terminal is a completely self-contained integrated POCSAG Paging System, which merely requires an antenna and a PC with Windows® capabilities, or any serial port based host control system to operate. The system, which is comprised of a high quality 40 Watt UHF or 50 Watt VHF digital land mobile radio based paging transmitter, an embedded paging encoder, and integral AC power supply, is supplied with encoder configuration software. Connections between the PC and the PT5000KW system are supported via a standard (supplied) RS-232 cable.
The PT5000KW integrates the WaveWare Paging Encoder with a Kenwood land mobile radio to provide rugged, field-proven, modular construction.
The PT5000KW Paging Terminal offers high duty cycles and optimum signal propagation, to achieve the finest performance in demanding environments like medical facilities, campuses, and factories. See the spec sheet for more details.
Also Available is our PT-1000-KW, a 100 watt Paging Terminal with the same features as our PT-5000-KW, but Higher Power.
WaveWare Utility Paging Systems allow you to automatically send messages to any number of industry standard on-site pagers, with no monthly paging service fees. You own all of the equipment. WaveWare Utility Paging Systems are controlled through an RS-232 serial port, using industry standard communication protocols.
Text, numeric, and tone/vibrate messages can immediately be delivered to pagers. How does 2 second delivery times sound?

The SPS-5 Paging System is a completely self-contained compact integrated POCSAG Paging System, which merely requires a PC with Windows® capabilities, or any serial port based host control system to operate. The system, which is comprised of a 5 Watt digital paging transmitter, and embedded paging encoder, is supplied with Windows® based encoder configuration software. Connections between the PC and the SPS-5 Paging System are supported via a standard (supplied) RS-232 cable.
The SPS-5 Paging System integrates the WaveWare Paging Encoder with a Midland SD-226 Digital Synthesized Frequency Transceiver to provide dependable medium duty performance. SPS-5 is now called the SPS-5 v8 Paging System, which represents a state-of-the-art paging encoder with the ability to drive any transmitter. See the spec sheet for details.
